Web9. feb 2014 · Definitely Redline MT-90 (for an ax-15, Redline MTL for a NV3550). I put Pennzoil Synchromesh in my NV3550 last year and it shifted like crap on cold mornings. I'd have to double clutch for 2-3 miles before it would stop grinding 1-2. I put Redline MTL in it before this winter, and it's been MUCH smoother in the mornings. Had amsoil MTF it was great. switched to Honda MTF new formula, just cuz I had 2 qt laying around. Hated it. very notchy compared to the amsoil. needless to say, two weeks later i switched back to amsoil mtf. back to being silky smooth. I love amsoil products.
