If money is no object, I would opt for the RC because the service there is exception, but Westin is a very nice property and can offer good value for the price. I enjoy CG for its people, cleanliness, diving and great beaches. I love Ritz-Carltons, but the Kimpton felt quieter, less imposing and more unique. There are a few other points hotels on Grand Cayman, including a Westin and a Marriott.

I would not stay at the Marriott, as its beach has ongoing problems with erosion and it’s not a real beach resort. It’s a lovely hotel, but not what I would expect for a beach resort.
