The Dual has a w/f of about 0.025% according to Vinyl Engine. I seriously doubt any belt drive will come close to matching that. If it is the shaft of the platter, you'd need another platter most likely. If it is the internal shaft bracket I'm thinking it would not wobble, but would be off axis.
