WebMar 9, 2014 · In normal mode you can use CTRL-E to scroll down and CTRL-Y to scroll up without moving the position of the cursor (unless the cursor would get pushed off the screen). If you're at the end of the document pressing CTRL-E will scroll past the end until the last line is at the top of the screen.
