Bluehost sucks
WebJun 2, 2024 · When it comes to cheap hosting, Bluehost have some of the lowest-priced plans around, so, compared with the shared plans, which start at $2.95 a month for the promotional rate and then $7.99 a month at the regular rate, the WP Pro plans don’t appear to offer good value for money. WebBluehost was acquired by EIG, and EIG is a terrible company. They acquire smaller webhosts, gut management, reallocate support to sales, and at the end of the day they don't care if they lose customers - chances are they'll end up on another EIG-owned host (they control ~90 currently).

WebBluehost kicks a lot of money at the WordPress project, and therefore gets promoted a lot. The actual service is not good. It's owned by Endurance International Group and the same can be said about pretty much all of their subsidiaries. Google them and avoid their services. WebBluehost SUCKS! Bluehost thinks because they have multiple clients that when individuals who call for help and they don't feel like helping, they'll just hang up the phone on you. Do not use Bluehost if you're not an expert with the web such as SSL and caching. Don't listen to blogs that say Bluehost is the best host.
